Meet Our Board of Trustees

Our Board of Trustees provides leadership, guidance, and accountability to help advance the mission of Still Waters. Through their dedication and shared commitment, they ensure the ministry remains focused on serving young women with faith, integrity, and purpose.


Garrett Ross is the founder and President of Still Waters and the owner of Patrick Designs, where she creates handcrafted custom furniture. As a wife and mother of two, Garrett is passionate about using her talents, faith, and servant's heart to make a lasting impact in the lives of others. Her vision for Still Waters is to build a Christ-centered community that provides young women aging out of foster care with safe housing, mentorship, practical life skills, and the support they need to build independent, hope-filled futures.

Marion Zeigler has served Southern Baptist Churches in the Carolinas for 46 years before recently retiring as a bi-vocational pastor at Salt & Light Church in Sumter, SC, a church plant he served for 20 years.  He now continues as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual LIfe Insurance Co.  A graduate of Clemson University and Southern Theological Seminary, he is married to Brenda Williams Zeigler. They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.  Marion loves sailing, boating, yardwork, and enjoys engaging people in conversations about their faith.  He has a heart for encouraging and mentoring youth and young adults to become disciples of Jesus Christ.

Dr. C. Clark McCrary, III is a native of South Carolina and a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Luther Rice Seminary. He has been married to his wife, Allison, for 45 years and they have 4 children and 9 grandchildren. Together they own Netsource Enterprise Technologies, LLC, which is a network integration company focusing on grades K-12. Dr. McCrary retired from pastoral ministry after serving First Baptist Irmo for the past 12 1/2 years. He currently serves as Associational Missions Strategist for the Orangeburg Calhoun Baptist Association. In the past, Dr. McCrary has ministered to churches in both South Carolina and Florida, as well as served on the Board of Trustees for Connie Maxwell Children's Ministries
